To avoid any extra charge, please always use this website to verify the empty return location. Do not follow the instructions provided at the depot, rail ramps, or terminals' websites. If return location is not available, please send your inquiries to our group email at empty@ca.yangming.com (DO NOT copy other group emails).

**For reefer containers:** You must send photos of the floor to empty@ca.yangming.com, clearly showing that the floor has been properly washed/cleaned. This means the absence of dirt, debris, oil, or any other substances, and it must be odor-free. Otherwise, a container cleaning fee will be applied.

**For CN MISC Empty Returns:** Good order empty only. You will be held fully responsible for all extra charges if CN finds any damage after the container has been ingated.

**Shipper Own Containers (SOC):** You must verify the return location with the consignee. The container misuse fee will apply if SOC is returned to YM's depot, rail ramp, or terminal.

Wrong return location fee will apply if the empty container is returned to a different location without the approval from YM office
