CONSEGNA MERCE A FERROVIA

in caso di consegna merce a ferrovia, la richiesta va inviata entro le 24 ore precedenti l’arrivo della nave nel porto di  ingresso in Italia con indicazione della destinazione finale. La mail va inviata all’indirizzo ymidocimp@finsea.it

NOLO MARE

• Per imbarchi da SHEKOU/YANTIAN/NANSHA new port e SINGAPORE vale l’ETB nave (data di ormeggio) riportata nelle long term schedules regolarmente inviate dal nostro ufficio pertanto, non vengono considerati i ritardi nave/on board date di polizza;
• Per tutti gli altri PORTI DIRETTI vale l’ETD nave (data di partenza) riportata nelle long term schedules regolarmente inviate dal nostro ufficio pertanto, non vengono considerati i ritardi nave/on board date di polizza;
• Per i SIDE PORTS serviti con feeder YM vale l’ETD del feeder come da long term schedules pertanto, non vengono considerati i ritardi nave/on board date di polizza;
• Per i SIDE PORTS serviti con outside feeder (schedula non disponibile sul sito YM) vale “actual” on board date;
• Per imbarchi da Xiamen e Fuzhou (sempre outside feeder) le schedule non sono disponibili sul sito ma inviate dall’agente YM in origine agli shipper, vale ETD da schedula pertanto, non vengono considerati i ritardi nave/on board date di polizza;
• Per imbarchi da Keelung / Taichung / Taoyuan, come da disposizioni dell’armatore, vi preghiamo notare che la rata applicata sarà quella di ETD della nave madre da Kaohsiung come riportata nelle long term schedule pertanto, non vengono considerati i ritardi nave/on board date di polizza;

LATE C/A

Nel caso in cui la richiesta di emissione di correttore -relativo all’errata liquidazione del nolo sulla polizza di carico - avvenga 48 ore dopo l’arrivo nave, l’armatore ha la facoltà di accettare o meno tale richiesta.

In caso di accettazione, verrà comunque applicato un extra costo

DELIVERY INSTRUCTION FOR RAIL TRANSPORTATION

Delivery instruction for rail transportation must show final destination and have be sent to following mail address ymidocimp@finsea.it 24h before vessel’s arrival at entry port .

RATE APPLICATION

Cargo originating from:

• Yantian, Nansha new port, Singapore: vessel ETB shall be considered (berting date) as per LTS regularly sent to customers from our customer service therefore, vessel’s delay and B/L on board date won’t be considered.
• All other direct ports: vessel’s ETD shall be considered (departure date) as per LTS regularly sent to customers from our customer service therefore, vessel’s delay and B/L on board date won’t be considered.
• Side ports served by YM feeder: shall be considered feeder’s ETD as per LTS therefore, vessel’s delay and B/L on board date won’t be considered.
• Side ports served by outside feeder: schedule unavailable on YM web site, shall be considered “actual” on board date.
• Xiamen, Fuzhou (outside feeder): schedules are unavailable on YM web site but shall be sent from YM agent at origin to shippers and shall be considered ETD as per schedule therefore, vessel’s delay and B/L on board date won’t be considered.
• Keelung, Taichung, Taoyuan, as per Principal’s instructions, O/F to be applied is as per mother vessel’s ETD from Kaohsiung as per LTS therefore, vessel’s delay and B/L on board date won’t be considered.

LATE C/A

If late C/A are applied 48 hours after vessel’s arrival, YML can unilaterally decide to accept or refuse  the application, subject to extra costs.
